The Banksii oyster cart continues every Thursday and Friday during March. Our very own Hamish Ingham will be serving freshly shucked Sydney Rock oysters with lemon and a pepperberry mignonette.

Oysters are in their prime this month, so head down between 12pm-3pm on Thursdays and Fridays for $3 oysters and $7 glasses of bubbles.


A fresh week means a new, curated dining experience just for you! This week's Dine & Wine special is perfect for sharing, and includes:
Braised Lamb shoulder, Banksii tabbouleh, walnut, chilli & tahini sauce
